i am fully disabled and have been granted indigent, i'm going to court to disestablish paternity and terminate child support,do i have a chance?

YOu are fully disable and granted indigency status so that you do not have to pay filing fees with the court. Have you filed a paternity action to terminte your child support or are you wanting to terminate your child support due to disabiity?
