I want to give temporary custody of my son to my sister and also if something was to happen to me i would want her to have full custody, what do i need to make it legal??

You have to execute a pre-need guardian designation. Use of a lawyer is recommended.

If the Father is in the picture he will win custody over anyone else in the world. If the Father is out a Pre-Need Guardianship will work.
