grandparents rights

my son who has been in detox has gotten very angry at me because he took some of my pain meds and i confronted him with this and will not let me see my only grandchild who is 2 wont take my calls what can i do?

Florida law does not recognize grandparents' rights. It used to, but those statute sections were found to be unconstitutional. Sadly, there is nothing you can do, if your son won't allow you contact with your grandchild (other than, establish a relationship with the child's mother, and see the child through her.
