I have a half brother (15) lives in South Carolina. I am 29 and live in Florida. Our father has passed and his mother is in rehab. He was takin by social services and placed with one of her relatives. His appointed lawyer will not let me speak with him. Why? Do I have any rights being an adult sibling?
