I have a hearing for Child support that I'm being told is behind. I recieved a letter from my ex wife's attorney that I have a hearing comming up. Can I request to do it over the phone or can I write in saying I do not want the hearing?

YOu need to know when the hearing date is. contact the court if you are out of town and can not attend - they will make arrangements for you to attend by telephone.
