Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husban and I have been back and forth with him constantly falsely accusing me of things. They were all found untrue. However, I wanted to move to Georgia. The judge said that I could do so with the consent of my ex husband. he verbally consented and now has retracted the statement. What should i do? I have already moved.

The husband could be equitably estopped from claiming that he did not consent. He consented and you changed your position by moving because he consented. You would not have moved had he not consented. The husband would have to do something about it. You should get things like this in writing. The applicable doctrine is "Equitable Estoppel." Use that phrase when and if you need to.
