Husband has a No Contact Order on me.. can I legally go into my home while husband is at work and remove my funiture, mine and children's clothing

This is not an answer to your specific question, because I do not know the details of the order, if it is a criminal order, an injunction, ect. But generally:

If a Judge issues a no contact order, you need to look at the actual written or oral order. No contact with just the person? Then you are ok, if the person is not around. No contact with the persona nd the home is a different situation.

If the no contact order is really and injunction, or a restraining order, then you cannot go back to the house without getting a judge to modify the terms of the injunction. Assuming the injunction lists the house you are referring to as your husband's primary address.

You need to have a lawyer look at your case for a definitive answer. But I hope this helps.
