my husband and i wish to help out my daughter,his stepdaughter,untill she is better able to care for her two boys.which are our grandchildren.byallowing them to come and live with my husband,and i in our home in kissimmee fl. we would like to know about getting temperary gardenship.so that we can place both of the boys on our health insurance.

Yes this can be done the kids have to live with you for at least 30 days then you can file for custody by a relative under Chapter 751 Florida Statutes. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
