So my husband is the main source of income but we are very unhappy in our marriage and I can't stay in this toxic relationship any more or put my children through this but I can't afford to file divorce what can I do to get out of this marriage?

If you have no income and very few assets you should qualify as indigent and the clerk will waive the filing fees. You need to go down to the clerk's office and fill out an Affidavit of Indigency.

You can fill out the forms at the clerk but you should find a way to hire a lawyer.
