My husband took our money out of the bank and put it in an account just in his name. Can I still get my half of the money if so what do I have to do when he took it out my name was on the old account if you can let me know what to do. Right now I really don't don't have that much money to pay a lawyer but if I could get some advice on what I can do. Thank You

Anyone in a joint account can take all the funds out. The judge can readjust things as part of the divorce.
