Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Ex husband has been paying alimony and now can't afford it. Credit debt, economy and maybe possible house forclosure. He also has his own business that hasn't been making any money. What can I do? The divorce was over 10 years ago and he has paid. I live alone and have never remarried. I also work as well. Divorce was in palm beach county.

I'm not sure what your question is. If he can't afford it, he can't afford it. Maybe he'll be able to afford it and catch up in the future.
