My husband and I are about to do a postnuptial agreement. We AGREE on everything and don't need (and don't want) an attorney. But we are not in the US now, and for a long time. Can we sign and have it witnessed here (abroad)? It will be then notarized in the US. We have a will and this is more in case of death.
Thank you
That procedure will NOT work. A notary must see the ink flow; use a notary wherever the documents are signed. It depends on the Judge if you and your spouse are allowed to skip the final hearing
