Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband has primary residential custody of our son, but we have joint custody to make decisions about our son. In mediation my ex husband agreed to this if he was awarded the house, however my ex husband stopped paying the mortgage. The house is now in foreclosure. But I just want to be able to relocate my son to live with me in another city, where I live now. We both live in Florida, but different counties. Is this enough for me to get a judge to allow the relocation?

Very doubtful, but you should speak with a Florida family law attorney and explain your entire circumstances to get a more accurate opinion. Relocation of a child is rarely granted by Florida judges.
