My husband and I just separated after being married for 5 years, he is currently not supporting me financially, we have no children and no properties together, what are my legal rights as of now and after divorce?

depends on other factors, are you employed, did you give up employment to be a stay at home trophy wife (since you have no children) , what did you contribute what do you want back - if you want to just walk away, you can do that. since you have no property together what is left?
