I currently insure my husband under my heath insurance at my job. Open enrollment is coming up and I would like to drop his coverage. We no longer live together, but have not yet filed for divorce. Do I need to send a certified letter to notify him that he will no longer have coverage?

If the marriage is over, file for a divorce. Once the divorce if final you can stop his coverage.
