Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

International rellocation

My wife is Argentinian, I am Mexican, both have green cards, ] got married in Florida 5 years ago and have a son 3 years ago. He was born in the U.S. and does not have any other citizenship. Does my wife have the right to take him to Argentina (9 hours flight from FL)??

If you file for divorce, she cannot legally and permanently move your child from Florida without your permission or a court order.
