Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello , joint custody but not 50/50, two children, no alimony, no child support being paid . I pay all medical and dental and receive no alimony. How do I go about making plans to move out of state and since he pays nothing will this help me in my plight?

If you are relocating for the best interests of the child ($, family care , job) the court should grant relocation.

If you wish to relocate out of state, you are going to have to comply with the provisions of the Parental Relocation Statute, chapter 61.13001.
