Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have a joint custody order from nc. the mothe and i along with the child have relocated to florida but the judge reatined jurisdiction in nc. the courts wont file it to enfrce it and the sherriffs office wont enforce it either how do i go about this?

Ms. Jones is correct. Have you established residency requirements for the state of florida? If so, you should have no problem in domesticating the order here.
