Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Joint ownership

My Ex-boyfriend and I are jointly listed on the loan for his vehicle. We are no longer together and I am concerned about my liability for this vehicle, I carry insurance on the vehicle even though he has none himself and he is the one who drives it. The regisitration is in my name. How do I get my name off everything.

You have to refinance it into his name to get your name off.
