can a judge order on child support be overturn in the state of florida?

If you can show substantial changes in your income that you can not pay the amount the Judge has ordered, then you can file for a modification of child support. In order to overturn you would have to have filed a Notice of Appeal within the 10 days of the signing of theOrder.
