My boyfriend just got divorce, and we're planing to move out of the US. Does he have to tell his ex where I'm going because of the kids? the thing is that lately she is been investigating us and really acting ''crazy'' is there something that we could do?

You don't have to report your whereabouts, but he most likely will because he would almost certainly have child support obligations to fulfill.
