Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
what kind of form do i use to file with the court to make my ex husband sell the home that we own together but i live here and pay the mortgage and cant do it any longer. Per the divorce papers we are to sell the house before or when our last child turns 18. I am now ready to sell as we are not upside down yet.

If you can't afford to keep the home you could file a Petition to Partition the home. This is not an easy process. You should seek the assistance of an attorney to help you with the process.
