Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Just need some legal advise on what can be done if my husband refuses to move out of our house, both our names are on the lease but he never contributed anything towards down payment etc. We have a child and he does not support her nor this household by providing food, pay bills etc. What actions can I take so he can contribute to the mortgage which is behind, as well as support my child and move out if the house? He does have my daughter in his health insurance at work but that's it. What can I do from hereon?

Thanks in advance

You must file for divorce and then you can file a Petition for Temporary Needs - this will give you possession of the home and furnishings, temporary alimony and temporary child support until a divorce or final hearing can be held.

If you are in my area, contact my office for an appointment.
