Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am legal resident of Florida. Ex-husband is a legal resident of GA. I filed for a divorce & child support through FL attorney. We have already had numerous hearings including the child support trial. The husband was pro-se and did not attend. My attorney sent an income deduction to his job and the judge has ruled and signed all necessary paperwork. Well, now the child support order has been issued, my husband has hired a lawyer. Does this mean we have to go back to court and start things all over again?

Did the judge enter a final judgment of divorce? Well if he's trying to file pleadings related to same, you may be heading back to court depending on what he's filed.
