Is there any way to legally keep someone away from my son. His father and I were never married and we are broken up. We split time with him but recently his choices of who he has brought around my child are disappointing. There is one person that I have issue with him being around, is there any way I can stop this?

File a motion with the court and get a court order. If they are not a clear and present danger you will lose.
