Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i can't live with my mom anymore. my dad isn't allowed to see me according to law from when i was about 12. im 16 now? can i make my own decisions on who i want to live with. or would my mom win in court?

I don't know if your mother would "win" in court, but you can't make the decision. Your father would have to bring the case back to court, or you would have to report your status to the authorities, such as a school counselor, the police, child services (1-800-96-ABUSE), etc.
