marriage cert. problem

we were married twice in N.Y. in different countys and we have two marriage cert. what kind of problems can this cause in the future?

None. It's legal to get married twice to the same person (at least under Florida law, I don't know about New York), even if there's no divorce in between. Your first marriage is the legal one. The second marriage is a nullity.
