marriage papers

If I was married in jamaica what paper work would i need to file in order for it to be legal here in the U.S.

You don't need to do anything. If you were legally married in Jamaica, you are legally married in Florida. Florida recognizes Jamaican marriages.

You do not say what the need is for the marriage certificate, but a certified copy will always work in the courts.
