I married in Feburary 2011 and husband moved into my rented condo. I have worked the entire marriage until recent birth (this week) of my daughter. Husband is now on drugs, will not work, rent and all bills overdue. I asked him to leave and told him I want a divorce. He told me that he doesnt have to leave now that we are married.
What are my rights? How do I get him out of the home?
