Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I’ve been married for 20 yrs and we have two children 16 and 18. Out of no where my husband moves out and says he wants a divorce. Everything has happened so quickly. If he presents me with papers do I have to sign?

No, you do not have to sign. You should see a family lawyer for advice. The laws are very unique to family law and they even have their own seperate rules. See a lawyer!
