Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Medical Insurance cancelled prior to my son turning 18

I took my son to the doctor and his dad who was to have him on the insurance canceled the insurance. My son is 17 turns 18 in 2 months we live in Florida, Is there anything anything I can do to get him to pay for not having insurance on my son as agreed from the time of the divorce? He owes me still 10,000 of child support in which the state is garnishing from his pay. By the way he works for childrens and family for the State. Please let me know I dont know what to do and I'm far gone from tired.

You can collect the medical expenses he was suppose to

have insurance to cover the expense. I would suggest you e-mail me your phone # so I can call you to discuss further.
