My mom has several emails from my dad's email address that's proves he's having an affair with a woman from Thailand while overseas as a private contractor... Can the email be used as evidence of in court?

It depends on the reason to prove the affair.

Florida is a "no fault" divorce state. Your mom does not need to prove that there is cheating in order to get a divorce but your dad's adultery may become important for purposes of dividing marital assets and debts and other issues relevant to dissolving the marriage.

Have your mom contact my Office for a consultation.

Evidence of an affair is fine however FL is a no fault state and it would only be relevant to an alimony claim and even then it is not that relevant. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
