Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the mother of two very beautifull daughters 5 and 7 . but they stay with there great grandparents and have for few yrs now. i was 17 almost 18 when my daughters went to stay with there great grandparents..so that i could get back up on my feet and get my life straight for my girls..a couple months after them being there i got custody papers. i never went to court and they never received actuall custody only temporary....now my question is ...now that im 22 im alot more stable now have a great job and about to finish college and want my daughters back...but when i call i cant even get them to answer the phone.....what rights do i have as a mother to get my girls back?

It sounds like you still have parental rights but you or an attorney need to look at the court file to see the last part of the record.If it was only temporary custody you need to file papers to have custody to be with you.If you have money to pay an attorney -do it- or if not call legal aid because it is important that an attorney handle this type of case.
