Mother of my children took off to new york and basically kidnapped them from me here in florida. theirs never been a custody battle and were not married. Was that illegal? I Fear my kid's are homeless is their anything i can do?

If not married to her then she can move. You may have to fight in New York.

. RUNNNNNNN to the courthouse and file a Motion for Immediate Temporary Relief. The judge will then issue an Order of Injunction to stop removal of the child from this state. You can then contact the sheriff's office in the area they are at and the Sheriff will pick up the child and return to you. If you need assistance contact my office.
