Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The mother of my daughter came to my house and took the baby away from my family while i was away in college. She told my mom that it was just going to be for a weekend but she never returned the baby. She gave the baby to the grandfather who is now prohibiting me from seeing my daugher. the mother of my daughter doesn't stay with the grandfather. she stays with her step dad in a different county. What can i do to establish equal visitation rights?
