My mother and stepfather divorced. In the divorce my mother got the home and property. My stepfather got a shed worth 1thousand dollars. He has been dragging his feet coming by everyother day to get something out of it. It does not state in the divorce any length of time he has to have it moved. How ling legally does she have before the propert can revert back to estate
