Re: moving out of state

Why is there any question in your mind? The order seems clear that you will need the Court's (which means the Judge's) approval to take the child out of the state.

If you violate this order, you may be held in contempt of court and your ex spouse may seek to have you replaced as the custodial parent. Your 12 year old child (with your encouragement) does not have greater authority than a judge.
