Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The non custodial parent makes my life miserable. She owes me $40,000+ in back suppport. She jumps from job to job, in and out of jail, and the state is doing nothing. They took her license and did a income deduction order and that is it over the last 6 years. She is even avoiding her taxes for the last couple years because she knows I am going to get it. Seems the state has not done anything in years. I feel if the tides were turned I would have been in jail a long time ago. My kids have state insurance, I am broke and on food stamps, and struggling to raise them. What do I do? And how do I do it? I cannot afford a lawyer and have searched for someone to take my case pro bono but no success. Please help

You could try filing a motion for contempt/enforcement on your own. It's available for download at www.flcourts.org. Other than that, it sounds like you've done all you can.
