Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the non-custodial parent of my 16 year old daughter, and my ex-wife is planning a religious trip for Umrah to Saudi Arabia. Is it legally possible for my ex-wife to take my daughter on an international trip without obtaining my permission and consent written or otherwise?

Also, what would my rights be as the non-custodial parent and possibly what legal forms would I need to fill out and submit to the courts to prevent her from doing this??

Our divorce and custody/visitation agreement was done in Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida. I currently live in Massachusetts, and she resides with my daughter in Hawaii.

Does your daughter have a passport. If she does not, your ex will have to get your permission. On another note, if the divorce states that the child can not leave the state without a consent order for relocation, she may currently be in contempt of Duval County court system.
