How to obtain divorce from party who lives outside us and is not willing to divo
how can you serve a party living outside the us with divorce papers or prove you presented and they are not responding? how can you divorce if the other party is not willing to give a divorce ?

You will still be able to obtain a divorce even though you may be unable to locate your spouse or your spouse does not respond.
