Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i need some help on something that is going on my oldest daughter and she is 8 her father died in dec of 04. Her aunt wanted my daughter to stay with her for the school year and i allowed it. i gave her a peace of paper that was notarized saying she had the right to handle and thing with school and doctors appointments. now i am trying to get her back and her aunt tells me that it will be hard cause she is going threw some things with legal aid but wont tell me what kind of things. every time i try and call her and talk to her about my daughter its always im too busy or i dont have time to talk im too busy ect. ect. now i think she is trying to get full custody of my child how do i find out what is going on? i also have 2 other children that live with me. and i am a single mother.
