Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex was ordered in the divorce to pay off certain debts. He has only made minimum payments for over 2 years tying up my credit. Can I force him to pay the bills off now?

If it is stated in your divorce document that he is to payoff the debts - was there a time limit. If no time limit was mentioned then he is paying according to whatever he can afford. I would have to read what was written in your document to determine if he were in contempt.
