if you owe back child support and the court sent you a letter saying that you must appear in court but you never got it and now there is a warrent out for you how do you do fight it?

You need to file a Motion to Set Aside the Warrant or Writ of Bodily Attachment. You need to have valid reasons for why you failed to appear in court as well as be prepared to pay a lump sum towards the back support.
