Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex owes me a large sum of money from the property settlement what can I do to get her to pay me?

I have tried asking her for it ,to no avail.

If you were awarded in court certain funds then you need to file a Motion for Contempt/Enforcement - get a hearing date and serve her. The court could sanction her but will certainly explain why she needs to comply and probably give her a deadline to do so.
