Re: paperwork

Get a lawyer. If you wanted to save money, you could go to a paralegal, but do you really want to put your son's life into the hands of someone without a law degree?

Lawyers are expensive, but nothing is more expensive in the long run than NOT having a lawyer.

Re: paperwork

Hello: I read your q. and the one response. I agree with what that atty. advised. You should be able to get someone to handle that for around $500.00. If you are going to have an atty. involved, the atty. should not only prepare the paperwork, but also, handle setting a hearing or attempt to get the other side to sign docs. consenting to the issues. If we can be of any assistance in No. Fla., please give us a call. Tom Rosenblum, Jacksonville.
