I Live in Indiana and FLorida has custody of my 17 year old son on allegations that I smoked marajuana with him. I ask them to test the kids to disprove but they claimed they could not test the children under law. I fought for custody of my son and was given custody under state supervison for I believe 6 months, 4 months into having my son back i lost my job in realation to the attacks of 9-11. I was forced to relocate to my hometown as I could provide for my son here much easier. and we have an abundanace of family in the area. I Am in contempt of court bur wish to do what ever it takes to get my son home with me again/

I would suggest you contact an attorney in Florida who practices in this area. It will be the courts in that jurisdiction who will rule on the issue.
