I have a parenting plan with my ex wife where i can have only supervised visits with my son. I then got arrested (havent been to court yet) for making threats to my ex and her attorney. I currently live with my girlfriend who has 50/50 time sharing with her 2 daughters. I have been living with my girlfriend gor 1.5 years. Her ex husband just filed an emergency motion to make it so that her daughters cant come around me. The judge denied the emergency motion but they are setting a hearing date. Should i leave the home. I dont want anything to happen to her custody. Im in florida by the way
