Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Parent's rights terminated

My fiance just won a long custody battle between he and his ex wife. It all started about 2 years ago when we noticed bruising such as black eyes, burn marks, and hand prints, on his child's body (authorities determined it was mom's new boyfriend abusing the child). We would always report the incidents, but his ex convinced officials that we were making things up. The child was removed from her mother's home a total of 3 times before the courts terminated her rights ( in which she completed 2 case plans and defied judge's court order that she not have boyfriend around abused child). The straw that broke the camel's back was the wife's new baby's father shook their 2 month old child nearly to death. The shaken baby is now permanetly blind, deaf, and will never be able to leave a hospital setting. The baby's father has voluntarily terminated his rights, and the mother has just lost her rights. My question is, in the state of Florida, how likely is it that the mother will win an appeal?
