Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Both parties have decided on the divorce and mother is willing to take full care for the child and mother is not requesting any child support because child father takes care of her.

That is a wonderful idea and the court will support this idea through the statutory measure of withdrawing child support payments from the father's paycheck (if he does not get a regular paycheck (e.g. sales commissions or self-employed) he will have to pay into a support fund). In Florida and in most states, it is the child's right to have support payments and the court will protect his or her interest in having the custodial parent receive support payments from the non-custodial parent.
