Paternity

Can I challenge Fordia's petition to establish paternity, if paternity was voluntary declared in the state of California by both parents?

The child was conceived and borning in california.

You can try. Your voluntary declaration is strong evidence against you, but you can probably still ask for--and get--a DNA test.
